1). 5 Axis Mill Control (trunion table type), with Swap Arm read-a-head ATC, pallet changer, and "Night Vision" Flash screen with Mach3 CNC Keys on operators panel driven by PoKeys. High end control and monitoring of all 5 programmable AC servo Drives, and VFD on a 485 net work, brought into Mach3 by a TCP DL205 PLC (96 inputs, 64 outputs, 8 analog inputs, 4 analog outs, 2 accessory non-interpolated step/dir drive motion module. This is a Video series that show the Control build as it progresses.

2). 5 Axis Jog-Learn Spinning lathe, Mach3 based control system built for "Russels Metal Spinning". (6 Axis aversion with holding brakes also developed for same company).
